EIRA was founded by Tamar Gail, a Wellness Architect whose career brings together disciplines that have traditionally existed in isolation: interior architecture, luxury hospitality, international spa and wellness leadership, and restorative environmental design. Having lived and worked across five continents, Tamar has spent years studying not only how exceptional environments are built, but how they shape human experience across cultures.

This multidisciplinary perspective became the foundation for Wellness Architecture™—EIRA's design philosophy that views the outdoor environment as an active contributor to physical wellbeing, emotional restoration, meaningful connection, and modern longevity. Rather than treating outdoor spaces as amenities or decorative landscapes, Wellness Architecture™ considers every design decision through the lens of how people will feel, move, gather, recover, and create rituals within the space.

Today, EIRA partners with discerning homeowners, architects, developers, boutique hospitality brands, and wellness-focused commercial projects to create restorative outdoor environments that elevate both human experience and long-term property value. Every project is approached with the belief that exceptional design should do more than impress, it should improve the way people live.
